Drawn once, seen four ways

The plan, the model, the exploded storeys and the frame are one drawing. Move a wall and the roof over it, the room it encloses, the joists it carries and the timber in it all follow — because they are derived from it rather than drawn beside it.

It knows what it is made of

Every stud, plate, header, joist and rafter you can see in the framing view is a real piece with a real length. The product totals them into a material takeoff and prices it from your own book, with labour.

Real materials, not paint

Ledgestone on the house, red brick on the carriage house, slate on five roof levels and standing seam over the orangery — the same texture library the product ships, on the same surfaces it would put them.

Sites are not flat

Terrain carries contours, cut and fill, and survey import. Foundations step down with the ground rather than hovering above it, and the storey on grade gets a real stem wall on a real footing.
