Questions people actually ask
Can I really turn a module off?
Yes, and the charge stops with it. Your data stays where it is, and switching it back on later picks up where you left off.
Do I need all fifty-seven?
Almost nobody does — most people run three or four. The other fifty-three are there so that when the business changes, the answer is a switch rather than another vendor and another login.
Who fixes it when it breaks?
We do, and reporting it costs nothing. You look after your own settings and who can see what; anything wrong with the platform underneath is ours.
What if the thing I need is missing?
Tell us. Feature and module requests get a straight answer — building it, not building it, or here is how to do it today with what is already there. A fair bit of what is in here started as exactly that phone call.
Is my data mixed in with everybody else's?
No. Every record is tagged to your account and every query is filtered by it, in the database itself rather than in a layer somebody can forget to call.
What happens to my website if you disappear?
It is ordinary files and an ordinary database, on a server you can point at your own hosting account. Nothing here is in a format only we can read.
